Police say cleaver used in fight at west Little Rock restaurant

A Tokyo House employee was arrested Saturday afternoon after he cut his co-worker with a cleaver during a fight, according to an arrest report.

Officers with the Little Rock Police Department said they were dispatched to the restaurant on Shackleford Drive in reference to an argument that became physical. Witnesses told police that Chuon Jing Lin, 40, of Little Rock and his co-worker got into an argument in the kitchen and that he eventually punched the victim before a grabbing a cleaver from the kitchen counter. Lin then cut his co-worker's arm, according to the report.

Police said Lin was arrested and charged with second-degree battery. He was listed on the Pulaski County jail's inmate roster Sunday night with no bail set.
