Man arrested for illegal dumping

A man was arrested Wednesday by the Richmond County Marshals office for illegal dumping.

Noble Leon Lewis, 48, was charged with one count of unlawful dumping. On June 2, marshals located an illegal dumpsite in Hyde Park and determined it to be commercial grade dumping, a felony.

An investigation revealed Lewis was responsible for the debris. He is being held at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center.
