Why has the FBI been investigating Augusta Commissioner Sammie Sias long before his next-door lover threw him under the bus over his handling of the Jamestown Community Center and the thousands of tax dollars funneled to the Sandridge Community Association?

Human nature is selfish, we love our own first, we trust our family. Moral growth allows us to expand our trust to others, to our town, city, state and country. A good example is our diverse soldiers working together in WWll for a common purpose.

On Monday someone writes on R&R "the border crisis is a sham". Haven't you heard, the sham theory failed, disgracing Judge Kavanaugh failed, collusion failed, obstructing justice failed, the Mueller testimony failed. Now we're on "Recession is coming." Better keep up, after there's no recession, there will be something else.

It is absolutely absurd to spend $1 million in sales tax dollars to someone outside Augusta to design three sculptures when we have amazing local artists. Prime examples of local talent are the murals painted on the waterworks wall at the corner of Highland and Wrightsboro Road.
