What did you want to be when you were younger?
When I was young, my idea was to work in a workshop, not in an office. I had the idea to make things, not to focus on paperwork, bureaucracy and tedious memos. I can say that I achieved my target.

What is the greatest piece of advice anyone has given you in your career?
Be yourself in every circumstance and always try each day to be better than the day before. To imitate others causes you to fail because you are unique, and also you are putting limits on yourself.

Who or what inspires you in the world of automotive logistics?
The possibility of creating and achieving dreams.

What piece of advice would you give to someone entering the automotive logistics industry?
Believe in yourself not in promises.

If you could learn one thing that would help you in your job, what would it be?
How to detect empty and unsubstantial people.

What was the last experience that changed the way you work?
One very bad incident, which had an impact on my health.
