Cody Alt purchased this 6,872-square-foot, new-construction estate with a five-car garage in Paradise Valley's Berneil Ranchos community. Alt is the co-founder of PureKana, a cannabis-related business based in Scottsdale.

The six-bedroom, 6 ½-bathroom mansion was built in 2018 and features contemporary-style architecture.

The $3.3M Paradise Valley mansion, sold by Modern Built, LLC and FKA 9148 N. 66th Place, LLC, features a great room with a fireplace and a retractable glass wall that opens to a covered patio and mountain views.

The mansion has a circular driveway, covered patios with wood inlay ceilings and a glass-enclosed wine room. The kitchen has an open-window style bar with patio seating that connects the home's indoor and outdoor space. The estate is fitted with a smart home system and has custom light fixtures.
