Sheffield fatal crash: Mother breaks down in tears at inquest

The mother of a one-year-old boy killed in a crash in Sheffield broke down in tears at the opening of his inquest.
Usman Adnan Jarral died along with his father Adnan Ashraf Jarral, 35, when their people carrier crashed with a car that had been in a police pursuit.
Miroslave Duna, 50, and Vlasta Dunova, 41, fellow passengers in the VW Touran, also died in the crash last Friday.
Usman's mother Erica Kroscenova, 32, held a teddy bear as she heard coroner Christopher Dorries open the inquest.
Mrs Kroscenova, who was in the car at the time of the crash, cried as her husband's name was read out at Sheffield Coroner's Court.
Mr Dorries adjourned the inquest into all four deaths to a later date.
The victims' car was turning right onto Bannham Road towards Darnall when it crashed with a VW Golf shortly after 20:50 GMT.
Three men in the Golf, which had been followed by police minutes before the crash, have been charged with various offences.
A 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking and death caused by an accident with aggravating factors.
Elliott Bower, 18, of Harborough Avenue, Sheffield, has been charged with four counts of causing death by dangerous driving and three counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He is also charged with handling stolen goods and possession of cannabis.
Declan Bower, 23, also of Harborough Avenue, has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking causing a death.
He is also accused of handing stolen goods, two counts of driving while disqualified, two counts of driving without insurance, possession of a bladed article and possession of cannabis.
