Ryan Giggs: Wales boss condemns online racist abuse by 'hooligans'

Wales manager and former Manchester United winger Ryan Giggs says people directing online abuse at players are "not football fans they're just hooligans".

Current United midfielder Paul Pogba became the third player in a week to be racially abused on social media following a penalty miss.

Pogba had a penalty saved against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday, while Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham and Reading striker Yakou Meite have also been the target of recent online abuse.
