  1. Back on Saturday

    FT: Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

So I suppose that was a bit of an anti-climax at Pride Park, with two promotion-chasing East Midlands rivals failing to muster a goal between them.

We return on Saturday for a full programme of EFL games - it's the start of the busy festive fixtures.

I hope you can join us then.

  2. Post update

    FT: Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Table

Derby rise to fourth in the table, six points behind second-placed Norwich.

Aitor Karanka's Forest miss the chance to leapfrog their rivals and move into the play-off places.

But, predictably, it's still ever so close in the Championship.

  3. 'Probably a fair result'

    FT: Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Quote Message: It was always going to be difficult - it was probably a fair result. All home games you want to win but it's against a good team. It was quite end to end, without too many clear-cut chances from Tom Huddlestone Derby midfielder told Sky Sports

  4. 'We cancelled each other out'

    FT: Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Quote Message: I was disappointed not to finish my chance to be honest, it was a great chance. It was an even game between two sides who cancelled each other out. We've showed in all the tough away games we've competed and battled, and been the better team in the majority. from Joe Lolley Forest forward told Sky Sports

  5. FULL-TIME

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Joe Lolley hits the bar

The East Midlands derby ends goalless, as it did the last time Derby and Forest met in March.

Joe Lolley came closest to a second-half breakthrough for the visitors, curling against the top of the bar.

But in truth, a draw was a fair result.

  6. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Once again Forest's Tendayi Darikwa is a tad lucky.

He looks unsure of how to deal with a pass forward but is bundled over by Jack Marriott and the foul is given.

  7. CLOSE!

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

That man Dave Nugent almost sneaks a header in at the near post for Derby, but Costel Pantilimon won't be fooled.

It's a powerful, towering back post header but the Forest keeper catches it fairly easily.

Joe Lolley is limping for Forest, who bring on Matty Cash in his place.

  8. INJURY TIME

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Scott Carson catches it, at the second attempt.

We'll have three minutes of added time.

  9. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

The game's becoming stop-start, with plenty of fouls breaking things up.

Forest have a free-kick now and it's going to be put into the box...

  10. YELLOW CARD

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Jack Colback in the book for Forest for a tactical foul.

The resulting Derby free-kick goes into the box but Richard Keogh's flick-on sails out for a goal kick.

  11. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Harry Wilson caught offside for Derby, but he was struggling to control the long pass forward anyway.

Just over three minutes of normal time remain at Pride Park in this East Midlands derby.

  12. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Mason Mount goes off

Now Forest have got Joe Lolley into the game they suddenly look the more likely to nick this.

He and Joao Carvalho are on the same wavelength, with some slick interplay on the edge of the Derby area.

Frank Lampard brings on Duane Holmes for Mason Mount - another player who's had a quiet night.

  13. HITS THE WOODWORK

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

You just can't take your eye off Joe Lolley!

He's given limited space by the Derby defence but plays a quickfire one-two with Joao Carvalho and curls a shot against the top of the bar for Forest.

The visitors have found a second wind in these past couple minutes - they now bring Daryl Murphy on for Lewis Grabban, who's been feeding off scraps tonight.

  14. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Derby boss Frank Lampard and Forest's Aitor Karanka

Forest beginning to sit in a bit now as the hosts build up a head of steam.

Frank Lampard's side have only had two shots on target. I was expecting more from them, really.

About to enter the final 10 minutes.

  15. GREAT SAVE!

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Harry Wilson volleys at goal

A strike of top quality from Derby's Harry Wilson, and it needs a great save from Costel Pantilimon!

The on-loan Liverpool forward takes it on the volley - hitting it firm and true - but the Forest keeper gets down low to get strong hands on it.

  16. SUBSTITUTION

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Tom Lawrence is back on the floor - that's it for the Derby winger.

Veteran striker Dave Nugent comes on and has around 20 minutes to make himself a hero.

"You're only here for the free flags," sing the Forest fans. Top banter.

  17. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Tom Lawrence is back on for Derby, for now.

Still no changes - both managers waiting for each other to blink first.

But there's very little goal threat from both sides, so I'd suggest they get on with some subs!

  18. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Andrew Aloia

    BBC Sport at Pride Park

    Tom Lawrence shoots for Derby

Tom Lawrence has looked menacing with every half chance tonight... I’d suggest that latest one was the best of them.

He composed himself nicely, and in unison the Pride Park crowd drew in breath in anticipation. But all that could be heard as the shot flashed past the post was yet another groan.

There have been chances at both ends, but the Rams really have tallied them up tonight.

Peter Bavin: Cash for Osborn asap please.

    Steven McNamara: Daryl Murphy. Goalscorer.

  20. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Forest's Ben Osborn gets a corner out of Scott Malone.

Dave Nugent is getting ready to come for Derby, with Tom Lawrence still hoping to shake off his injury.
