  1. Promotion dream still alive for Frank and the Rams

FT: Leeds 2-4 Derby (3-4 agg)

    Derby celebrate

That's it for our coverage of this Championship play-off semi-final, and what a night it has been.

Frank Lampard and his Derby players will be celebrating long into the night.

If you can't wait for your next football fix, remember Portsmouth host Sunderland tomorrow in the second leg of their League One semi-final, before Charlton and Doncaster complete their third-tier tie on Friday night.

Then it's full steam ahead to Wembley as the English Football League season reaches its dramatic conclusion.

    Until the next time.

  2. One match to go...

Aston Villa v Derby County (Monday, 27 May, 15:00 BST)

So we have a mouth-watering final to look forward to on Monday, 27 May.

Aston Villa, beaten play-off finalists last year, will face Derby County for a place in the Premier League.

The Rams have experience of losing finals before, to Leicester in 1994 and QPR in 2014.

Can they end their 11-year absence from the top flight or will Villa end their three-year exile?

Ernest Monjol: Congrats to a legend super Frank Lampard, against the odds you did it. Next up is the richest game in world football. Can't wait to see you on the bench.

Emma: Wow. That's what the play-offs should be! Awesome game, well done.

Geoff Kidd: You only need to beat @LUFC once a season for it to count! Fantastic effort @dcfcofficial

Craig Harper: 4-2 wasn't in the spy's report, was it @LUFC? These are the best @EFL play-offs in a long time!

This was the fourth meeting between the two sides this season, and the first time Derby have won after suffering three defeats in the previous matches. A good time to find their feet.

  6. 'That's the way to do it'

FT: Leeds 2-4 Leeds (3-4 agg)

Quote Message: What a night. If we were going to do it, that is the way to do it. I was more nervous when we had a goal lead than I was before the game when I was quite calm. But towards the end I was on the edge. This is Frank's first season as manager and no-one has done this before. What an achievement. from Mel Morris Derby owner on BBC Radio Derby

  8. Rams showed desire - Marriott

FT: Leeds 2-4 Derby (3-4 agg)

Quote Message: It is a tough place to come and we did it. Everyone wrote us off and we showed desire. What a game to be a part of. You can see what it means to the fans. Now we are at Wembley and we go again. We are a confident bunch and we will go into the final just like we did today. from Jack Marriott Derby striker on Sky Sports

  9. Keogh 'smelt' comeback at half-time

FT: Leeds 2-4 Derby (3-4 agg)

Quote Message: What a game. We knew coming into it that we would have to go for it. When they get the goal you think it might not be our night. Goals change game and the nature of our first unsettled them. We smelt it at half-time and anything can happen at football. Second half we were brilliant and I thought we were the better team. To come here and score four goals speaks for itself. But what a crazy night. We have really grown as the season has gone on and to win and give us an opportunity of getting to the Premier League... I am proud. from Richard Keogh Derby captain on Sky Sports

  10. Lampard 'delighted' for Marriott

FT: Leeds 2-4 Derby (3-4 agg)

    Frank Lampard
Quote Message: I said to the lads that everyone had written us off. We change the system and made a little tweak. But we needed the lads to show bravery on the ball and they did. The goal before half-time gave the players belief and I am so delighted for Jack Marriott. I felt it was his night but I didn't know he'd do that. We have to enjoy the moment but now prepare for Aston Villa, but we'll be underdogs again from Frank Lampard Derby County boss on Sky Sports

  11. Derby 'felt on top'

FT: Leeds 2-4 Derby (3-4 agg)

Quote Message: We felt we were on top at half-time and that they were losing confidence. We had a lot of belief coming into the second half and then we got an early goal. We were playing attacking football and pressing high. The message was to keep going. It is tough to come here and win, or even score a goal. But these games are different and it went our way. from Mason Mount Derby midfielder on Sky Sports
