Ryanair has announced it will be resuming flights from Belfast and Dublin starting from July 1.
The Ireland-based airline was forced to cut 99 per cent of its flights due to the coronavirus pandemic lockdown preventing any non-essential travel.
However, the airline are now going to resume 40 per cent of those destinations starting from next month, including flights to Germany, France and Portugal.
But whether people will be allowed to travel to these destinations in accordance with lockdown measures is another issue.
At present, countries such as Greece and Spain are looking to resume allowing visitors, but not from Britain - because the UK still has not managed control the spread of the Covid-19 virus, with the daily death toll still the highest in Europe, and the number of new infections every day still estimated in the thousands.
And there is also the question of what happens when you return home from another destination in Europe - with anyone coming into the UK having to quarantine for 14 days, whether they're from abroad or a British citizen.
But Ryanair is currently selling tickets for flights it is beginning to schedule from Belfast International Airport and Dublin Airport, albeit with a reduced capacity and most destinations served by flights once or twice a week.
The Dublin-based airline will, from July 1, fly to and from the following destinations from Dublin Airport and Belfast International:
