Even though Ralo remains behind bars while fighting federal drug trafficking charges, his team continues to release music and keep his name afloat in the hip-hop community. On Thursday (Aug. 15), Free Ralo‘s “Bad Intentions” receives the remix treatment, as Kevin Gates joins Big Trouble to give the track a second life.
The Baton Rouge, Louisiana, native has remained sharp with the release of a pair of singles this summer heading into his next album, and he exercises his lyrical precision with another bristling assist here. “I’m a paper addict/ I got major status/ Had busters in the trap in here wearing baggies/ When I’m Facetiming with my daughter, I tell her, ‘Pray for daddy,'” KG rhymes.
Ralo was originally arrested back on April 15 of 2018 at an Atlanta airport with nearly $1,000,000 worth of marijuana. Earlier this year, reports came out that the 24-year-old rejected a 5-year plea deal from the prosecution. Ralo’s continued to claim that he’ll be free before 2019’s out.
