I can’t see him, but the man is believed to be on the bridge crossing Railway Drive.

More details of the cordon

A commuter who is struggling to get to Wolverhampton train station has been speaking to BirminghamLive.

He said:

The cordon stretches from the junction at Broad Street, near the Chubb Building, closing the carriageways of Ring road Saint David’s down to the Novotel.

It will more than likely be delaying buses too, as they will be struggling to access the station which the cordon is also cutting off on one side.
