Venture X Is Developing A 20K SF Facility In Fairview Town Center
Fairview Town Center is about to add flexible, shared office space as one of its amenities.
Shared workspace concept Venture X plans to open a 20K SF facility at the mixed-use development bordering U.S. Highway 75 and Stacy Road in Fairview, Texas.
The outlet will join nine other Venture X locations in the DFW area that are either open or under development. Venture X has 13 locations open or planned in Texas.
“This will be the 10th location in DFW and the modern boutique shared workspaces offered by Venture X have proven widely successful," Venture X Fairview Town Center owner Mark Buskuhl said. "The amenities offered at this location are unmatched to any other office environment and will also include a large covered patio to both work and relax."
Fairview Town Center sits just north of the suburb of Allen and south of McKinney, giving Venture X numerous North Dallas suburban markets to pull potential members from when it opens in early 2020.
Fairview Town Center already features scores of major retail and restaurant developments, with Venture X the first office space provider of its type in the center.
