Another week of NFL games without major surprises. The Patriots and 49ers remain undefeated. They host the Browns and Panthers respectively next week so should be favorites once again.

  • Atlanta running back Devonta Freeman decided to try to motivate the Falcons by taking on Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald in a fight. Didn’t work out so well for him. While a top flight athlete, Freeman who could probably whip 99% of the population should probably reconsider messing with people like Donald.

But most of you are here to see how the former boys of black and gold are doing in the NFL. This week there were 35 players on rosters and practice squads, up four from last week.

Star of the Week

S Micah Hyde (Buffalo Bills, 7th season): Hyde and the Bills defeated Miami 31-21. Hyde had five tackles in the game but the big story was his touchdown after recovering an onside kick. Some interesting details in this article about Hyde and his onside kick touchdown. POTW Honors =1.
