The Prime Minister gave the update during the daily briefing in which he said the five tests for relaxing elements of the lockdown had been met.

He also said although people could not meet indoors they could go through a house to access a garden. No overnight stays are allowed and if the toilet is needed during a visit then it would need wiping down and cleaning afterwards.
