A recently completed exhibit by retired judge David Fox, "2020-The 75th anniversary of the end of World War II," is now on display at the Henderson County Heritage Museum in Hendersonville. 

The four-case display features Henderson CountyÕs involvement in the war, with heavy emphasis on the German soldiers who populated the countyÕs two prisoner of war camps.

The display contains both a fully dressed German soldier and fully dressed Japanese soldier.  

ÒI doubt thereÕs anywhere in the state where one can view a fully accoutered Japanese soldier,Ó Fox said. 

The exhibit will be on display through the year 2020. 

The museum located in the Historic Courthouse on South Main Street and is open Wednesday through Saturday of each week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1-5 p.m. There is no admission charge.
