CBD is slowly making its way onto menus around Boston, from chocolates at By Chloe to lattes at NOCA Provisions and Carrot Flower. At Trade, a globally focused restaurant on the Greenway from James Beard Award-winning chef Jody Adams, hemp-derived CBD is getting the prix fixe treatment.

On Saturday, March 9, Trade will host a four-course dinner featuring CBD-infused dishes and wine pairings for $175. The restaurant notes that the hemp CBD products that will be used include less than 0.3 percent of THC, so no psychoactive effects will occur.

Dishes will include roasted heirloom carrots with pistachio cake and goat cheese, spinach doppio raviolis with lamb shank and polenta, and halibut with hemp seed skordalia (a garlic and potato mash) and artichokes. By the time dessert hits — a chocolate and marshmallow mousse trifle — diners should be feeling pretty zen.

The evening also will feature wine pairings and a cocktail hour from 6 to 6:30 p.m; dinner will be from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets, which include tax and gratuity, can be purchased here.
