The Chicago-based airline announced Wednesday that it will operate nonstop flights from Boston’s Logan International Airport to the following Florida destinations between Nov. 6 and Jan. 10, 2021: Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Orlando, and Tampa.

In total, airline officials said the carrier will add up to 28 daily nonstop flights to Florida from Boston, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, New York’s LaGuardia Airport, Pittsburgh, and Columbus, Ohio, this fall.

“The addition of these new flights represents United’s largest expansion of point-to-point, non-hub flying and reflects our data driven approach to add capacity where customers are telling us they want to go,” said Ankit Gupta, United’s vice president of domestic network planning, in a statement. “We look forward to offering customers in the Midwest and Northeast more options to fly nonstop to Florida this winter.”

All passengers must wear face coverings to prevent the spread of COVID-19 or risk having their traveling privileges revoked, the airline announced in July. Passengers must also complete a health checklist before flying.

Service from Boston, Cleveland, and New York’s LaGuardia Airport will begin Nov. 6, while service from Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, and Columbus, Ohio, will begin Dec. 17, according to the airline.
