PROVIDENCE — A man wanted on child rape and kidnapping charges in Rhode Island has been captured in Ohio.
The Marshals Service and Providence police said Thursday Marcos Garcia-Solis, 31, was caught Wednesday near his place of employment in Wadsworth, Ohio. He was wanted by Providence police on allegations of kidnapping, child molestation, and rape of a 13-year-old girl that date to 2017.
