A 23-year-old man died Saturday night after authorities said he was shot at the Bowdoin Apartments in Malden.
No charges have been announced in connection with the fatal shooting, which was reported shortly after 6:15 p.m. Saturday.
The victim’s identity was being withheld pending notification of his family.
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Malden Police Chief Kevin Molis said in a joint investigators they do not believe the shooting was random.
