HIGH winds will sweep across Dorset tomorrow morning, forecasters say.
A yellow weather warning will be in place after reports that winds could damage trees and power lines and cause travel disruption between 1am and 11am.
A spell of wet and windy weather is expected across the UK next week.
Met Office meteorologist Greg Dewhurst said gusts reaching 60mph to 65mph could be seen in some coastal areas, with a further warning issued for Wednesday.
"From those wind gusts we are likely to see travel disruption, it affects the rush-hours, and we could see damage to trees and power lines," Mr Dewhurst added.
He said there will also be a "band of heavy rain" which will push south-eastwards, followed by some "very heavy showers" during Tuesday and Wednesday.
Temperatures will be about average for the time of year - around 8C to 11C for most - but with the strength of the wind it will feel colder.
