Brainerd firefighters respond to carbon monoxide calls, vehicle fire

The Brainerd Fire Department responded to two carbon monoxide alarms Wednesday, July 17, and a vehicle fire Tuesday.

Wednesday’s carbon monoxide alarms were reported at 7:40 a.m. on the 4900 block of Oak Street and at 8:49 p.m. on the 1200 block of Beech Street. Upon investigation on both calls, they were determined to be unfounded.

The vehicle fire was reported at 9:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Northeast Fourth Avenue and it was extinguished.
