Bridge is hiring. Come help us cover the Michigan 2020 elections.

Bridge Michigan, a nonpartisan, nonprofit media organization, seeks a contract reporter to help cover Michigan political campaigns through the November election. The successful candidate will supplement Bridge’s award-winning, comprehensive political coverage, be adept at breaking news and quick-turn coverage and work well with other reporters.  This is a short-term position but a great opportunity to help cover what should be one of the most memorable campaigns in decades.

To apply, please send a resume, clips and a short cover letter to Managing Editor Joel Kurth at jkurth@bridgemi.com. Application deadline is 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22. We encourage members of underrepresented communities to apply.
