Police officer in Louisiana under investigation for allegedly sharing cartoon with a racial slur

CHURCH POINT, La. (KLFY)- A Church Point police officer is under investigation for allegedly sharing an online cartoon that included a racial slur.

According to Church Point Police Chief Dale Thibodeaux, he reported the issue to the town council at about noon Friday, June 5. The council is expected to make a decision this afternoon.
