A brand-new eating experience will be coming to Marlow as Tom Kerridge will bring his Drive & Dine Theatre to town.

Organised by those who run Pub in the Park, the Drive & Dine Theatre will allow movie goers to choose a film of their choice whilst tucking into one of the Marlow-based chef’s dishes which range from a bacon cheeseburger with maple cured bacon, a chicken tikka masala, a five bean chilli vegan burrito as well as children food choices and desserts.

And as well as watching a movie, those who attend the Drive & Dine Theatre can also book exclusive stand-up sessions from comedian Mark Watson’s Carpool Comedy Club.

Tom Kerridge said: “I am so excited to announce a great new event created to have a load of fun in a way that is safely suited to current times.

“Come and eat some good grub, catch some quality movies, and make some new memories with your loved ones.

“It’s the perfect trip out of the house!”

Each car will have personal speaker systems with the food being served straight to the customer’s bay, with daytime and evening viewings for films being available.

And to comply with Government regulations and ensure a risk-free environment due to coronavirus, cars will be spaced out, all staff will wear protective face masks and gloves, food & drink will be served through contactless methods and tickets will be sent electronically and checked from a distance.

• St Albans: July 7-July 12 at Luton Hoo Estate
