Seibert Equity Cooperative is looking for a grain elevator operator at our Seibert location. This person will report to the General Manager of the co-op and will work directly with customers and other employees to ensure timely unloading of customers, loading out grain, maintaining grain quality, and good housekeeping. This person, in addition to operating grain elevators, will assist as needed in our feed mill, seed conditioning plant, and retail stores. Responsibilities of this position include the safe operation of elevators, including following all safety rules, maintaining a clean workplace, maintenance and repairs as needed, ability to lift 50 lbs., drive a forklift, work extended hours and 7 days per week during harvest, be customer service oriented, and have a positive attitude. This is a full-time position with health/vision/dental insurance, sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and pension. Pay is dependent on experience.
