It’s time to get weird — Halloween is here. Dress like a freak, demand sweets from random strangers and go check out these Halloween-themed events between now and All Saints Day.

7 and 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, New England musician and artist Dan Blakeslee, who changes his identity at this time each year to become Doctor Gasp, brings his 17th-annual "Halloween Special" to town for two shows at the Light Club Lamp Shop, Burlington. $5 per show.
