9 Vermont eateries serving Easter brunch

Easter is this Sunday, and that means families wanting a bite to eat following church services will be looking for a spot to eat a nice, hearty brunch.

Vermont is a state known for its food, of course, so there are plenty of places to dig in and celebrate the end of the Lenten season and any culinary vices (sugar, fattening foods, etc.) you may have set aside for the past 40 days.

Smoked salmon is a common Easter brunch offering.

Here are nine restaurants, both in the Burlington area and a sweet road trip outside of Burlington, that might just have what you’re looking for this Easter Sunday (reservations would be a very good idea, by the way):

The Essex
