A 53-year-old Concord man was arrested on a warrant and cited for driving on a criminally suspended license April 13.

According to Vermont State Police, around 6:15 p.m. Michael Whitcomb was pulled over in a traffic stop on I-91 North near the Fairlee exit. During a subsequent investigation, troopers reportedly discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest and his license was suspended.
