Cambridge United will go head to head with Brentford FC in tonight's (August 13) away game.
After draws in both of their League Two games, the U's head to west London looking to progress in the season's first cup match.
Their Championship opponents, meanwhile, won their first game of the season away to Middlesbrough at the weekend.
Both sides are expected to make changes, with head coach Colin Calderwood saying that he wants some of the fringe players to "stake a claim" tonight.
In squad news, Sam Smith is expected to be rested owing to a slight groin strain, while Kyle Knoyle is also sidelined with an as-yet diagnosed shoulder problem.
Liam O'Neil will serve the second game on his suspension, while Gary Deegan is still recovering from his illness.
Striker Harvey Knibbs is also set to make his debut, while Louis John could also feature for the first time this season.
Should United win, they will go into the second round draw, which will take place immediately after the match. The winner of the game will be ball 23.
So stay tuned for all the build-up, action and reaction from tonight's big game.
Key Events
76: Superb from George Taft (1-1)
A big gap opened up for Watkins, for the big defender to fly in and parry his shot.
74: Damage limitation? (1-1)
Calderwood definitely trying to take the sting out of this game. Changed to a 4-5-1 (Jones left-back, Dunk left-mid). Brentford have been all over them this half.
67: Great save (0-1)
Mbeumo hit a shot first time after a ball over the top, for Burton to make another super stop.
65: Decent effort (0-1)
Nothing was on, so Henry had a crack. It had plenty of bend on it - but flew over the woodwork.
58: Great work from United (0-1)
It started with a Taft pirouette in midfield (that did really happen), before the big centre-back picked out Dallas on the edge of the area. The young forward burst through the Bees defence and forced a good save out of Daniels, who got back to his feet quick enough to deny Maris the rebound.
46: Nice idea (0-1)
Lambe tried to thread Dallas through with a first-time pass, which was *just* cut out before with the youngster going through on goal.
