NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Strong winds have toppled the container from a tractor-trailer on the westbound lanes of I-526 on the Don Holt Bridge.
The right lane was currently blocked as crews try to clear the scene. The incident happened around 2 p.m. when a container fell off a truck that was traveling on the bridge.
No one was injured.
Motorists should use extreme caution while traveling over Lowcountry bridges Friday as severe weather moves through the area.
