Brenda Susan Rogers, 71, passed away August 1, 2020. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who loved spending time with her grands. She enjoyed fishing, camping and gardening. Brenda was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Hill and Ruth Hill Forester; and brothers, Danny and Tony Hill.
Left to cherish her memory are fiancé, James Cureton; daughter, Rachel Pennington-Smith (Marshall); son, Joseph Pennington (Tina); five grandchildren, Brooke, Cain, Jonah, Paige and Skylar; six great-grandchildren; sister, Vickie Steele; brothers, Bobby Hill, Jerry Hill and Mitchell Hill; and several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 4 at 6:30 p.m. in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home, with Brother Mike Howell officiating.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from noon-6:30 p.m.
