ADLINGTON: Permission is being sought by Ms Lyons to vary a condition on approved plans for a change of use from a countryside education centre to a single dwelling at Chapel Meadows, Sugar Lane.

ALDERLEY EDGE: A bungalow at 68 Moss Lane could be demolished to make way for three town houses if plans are agreed for Beck Homes (NW).

ALSAGER: At 65 Fields Road, Simon Brown is hoping to change a hipped roof to a gable roof with a rear dormer window to form a loft conversion.

ASTBURY: A stabling block and manège including engineering operations and the demolition of an outbuilding has been put forward at Bonneyfield Cottage, Mow Lane by Amanda Gowans.

CONGLETON: A conditions application has been made by Gladman involving the erection of a new three storey office building near Alexandria Way.

CONGLETON: Dr Sumanta Gupta has requested a lawful development certificate for a proposed ground floor rear extension and a bay window for a double garage conversion.

CONGLETON: Kerry McKennerney is proposing to convert a garage to a bedroom and a single storey rear extension at 78 Belgrave Avenue.

CREWE: The motor repair and MOT workshop at Edward Street Garage, Edward Street could be redeveloped to provide five dwellings and parking if plans by Mr R Moores gain permission.

CREWE: The refurbishment of external staircases is proposed at nine social housing flats at 1-9 St Pauls Close where plans have been put in by The Guinness Partnership.

DAVENPORT: A detached building to replace a garden shed at Oak House, Holmes Chapel Road is planned by Jamie Stephenson.

HANDFORTH: Jones Homes (North West) has applied to substitute various house types on plots at The Sanctuary, Coppice Way.

HASSALL: Approval is being sought by Miss S Holding for a new detached house to replace a caravan lawfully occupied at Mayfield, Alsager Road in association with the Mayfield Equine Holding rural enterprise.

JODRELL BANK: A new ancillary building could be built at Coachmans Cottage, Macclesfield Road if Mrs D Piper has plans agreed.

KERRIDGE: A non-material amendment is proposed at 17 Oak Lane by Mrs J Shaw involving the division of a five bed property into two dwellings.

MACCLESFIELD: A vacant warehousing/industrial unit at the former site of S and M Supplies, Withyfold Drive could be demolished to allow an office and warehousing units with parking and servicing if John Womby, South Park Development gains permission.

MACCLESFIELD: Bellway Homes (Manchester) have submitted a non-material amendment to plans for 132 dwellings at The Kings School, Westminster Road.

MARTHALL: Prior approval of side and rear extensions extending 8m beyond the rear wall is being sought at Cragg House Cottage, Snelson Lane by Simon Rothwell.

MOBBERLEY: A lawful development certificate has been requested for proposed single storey rear and side extensions, a front door and new windows to the front at a detached bungalow at Meadow Cottage, Davenport Lane for Robert Ward.

RIDLEY: A change of use and the conversion of an agricultural building to a dwelling is proposed at Bank Farm, Wrexham Road by Chris Osborne. His plans include a two car garage and workshop.

SANDBACH: Plans have been submitted for safeguarding fencing and gates to the school perimeter at Wheelock Primary School, Crewe Road.

SHAVINGTON: Wainhomes North West has made a conditions application in connection with the demolition of 46 Chestnut Avenue and the erection of 44 dwellings on land to the rear.

SOMERFORD BOOTHS: A certificate of proposed lawful use or development has been sought by Mr and Mrs Worth at Sarnia, Giantswood Lane for extensions and other alterations including two detached outbuildings.

STYAL: Mr Walls, Oakhill Barn, Holly Lane has applied for a certificate of lawful proposed development of single storey extensions.

STYAL: At 34 Hollin Lane, STT Developments are hoping to vary a condition relating to permission for the demolition of the dwelling and the construction of two new properties.

WARRINGTON: Prior approval is being sought by John Rawlinson, 56 Arpley Court, Arpley Street, for a change of use from an office to a one bedroom apartment.

WINWICK: At 29 Solway Close John Thompson is proposing to remove an overgrown laurel hedge adjacent to the highway and install featheredge fencing 1.95m in height set back from the road by 30cm.

WOOLSTON: Sainsbury’s Supermarkets have submitted full planning at 11 Manchester Road for a change of use from car sales and repairs to retail including the installation of an ATM and changes to the car park layout.

MOORE: Edinburgh based Star Pubs & Bars are seeking planning permission and listed building consent for replacement signage at the Red Lion Hotel, 119 Runcorn Road.

WIDNES: Mr Cook is seeking a proposed lawful development certificate for a single storey rear extension at 18 Humber Close.

RUNCORN: Plans have been put in by Halton Borough Council for an extension to create a new staff room at Halton Lodge Primary School, Grangeway.

WIDNES: An outbuilding could be built in the rear garden at 6 Buckingham Avenue if Paul Baker has plans approved.

WIDNES: Diane Hunt is proposing a single storey rear extension, a single storey front porch and garage extensions at 75 Lynton Crescent.

BURTON WIRRAL: The Burton Manor Restoration Company has made a conditions application at Burton Manor, The Village covering construction management, dust control, hours of construction and construction deliveries.

CHESTER: John Dawber is seeking the demolition of a garage and the erection of two storey side and single storey rear extensions at 6 Kensington Close.

CHESTER: Pub company Daniel Thwaites is proposing adaptations to the conservatory at The Ship Inn, 18 Handbridge.

DUTTON: A retrospective application has been made for a domestic garage at Hill Farm, Northwich Road by Mr and Mrs Williams.
