If you're a fan of the Real Housewives of Cheshire you will be pleased to hear that you haven't got long to wait before they are back on our screens.

Series nine of the glamorous reality show returns to ITVBe on Monday, March 25.

Housewife Ester Dee who used to live in Chester shared a post on her Facebook page and Twitter account this morning saying: "We're back!!! 25/3 at 10PM."

However fans are questioning if Lauren Simon, who was one of the original Housewives from day one when the show was launched in 2014, has left the show because she doesn't appear in the promo picture featuring Hanna Miraftab, Rache Lugo, Tanya Bardsley, Ester Dee, Dawn Ward, Seema Malhotra and Perla Navia.

Series eight ended in drama in November when Dawn Ward stormed off the set of the reunion episode to discuss the events of the past series.

Unable to stand another minute on the couch with her co-stars, she got up and told the crew 'don't come running after me because I'm not going to change my mind'.

The series eight reunion show was explosive

Dawn's departure came after a row with her co-star and friend Rachel, who claimed Dawn hadn't been to see her after she had a 'mummy makeover' following worries that one of her breast implants had ruptured and feeling it was affecting her confidence.

As we reported last week TOWIE's Gemma Collins will have a cameo role in the new series and has been getting closer to the Cheshire jet set. She recently joined the housewives at the birthday party of Dawn Ward's daughter Darby at Victors restaurant in Hale and was also a VIP guest at their glittering annual Creme Ball held in the grounds of the Ward family's Warford Hall home.
