FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a house fire in Chester.
Three crews responded to reports of a fire at a house on Parkgate Road just before 12.30pm today (Sunday, May 17).
On arrival the crews found that the fire involved a front bedroom.
Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A large fan was then used to ventilate the area.
"Thankfully, no-one was injured. The crews were at the scene for around 90 minutes."
