Aurora Museum Week, which begins on Monday, is going virtual this year.

The online event, which runs from June 8 to 13, will celebrate Aurora’s museums. It is being held online this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Participating museums will be highlighted on an assigned day of the week starting on Monday. Each museum will post live content, videos and activities for children and families on their Facebook pages. 

SciTech Hands on Museum will present activities on Monday. Aurora Regional Fire Museum will offer live content on Tuesday. Blackberry Farm will participate on Wednesday, while Aurora Public Art will be highlighted on Thursday. The Aurora Historical Society will offer videos on Friday and the G.A.R. Memorial Museum will end the event on Saturday, June 13.
