An "extremely vulnerable" missing man has been found.
Nathan Geary had last been seen at Hartlepool Train Station on Saturday.
Cleveland Police claimed he could have been in the Newcastle or Durham areas.
However the force tweeted on Sunday night that he had been located.
They thanked the public for their help following the 'urgent' appeal to track the 27-year-old down.
