Newcastle will be known as 'The Vale of Arryn' for the purpose of the tour and the throne will be in intu Eldon Square on April 10 from 9am - 8pm outside of Boots and John Lewis.

You won't require a ticket to see the throne and sitting on it is completely FREE. But be prepared to queue!

Thronecast presenter and 7 Kingdoms Tour ambassador Sue Perkins said: I can’t wait for the final season of Game of Thrones and am very excited for the 7 Kingdoms Tour.

"While the likes of Cersei and Joffrey were fully prepared to cheat, lie and murder to sit in the throne, it’s great that fans of the show don’t quite need to go to those lengths.

"Aside from giddily awaiting the start of the final season, I’ll also be hosting the final series of Thronecast, starting with a special series preview on Sky Atlantic.”
