Montgomery Road to be closed most of this week due to water main break

Montgomery Road will be closed in Pleasant Ridge most of this week due to a "significant water main break," officials said Sunday.

The road will be closed in both directions between Lester and Langdon Farm roads near Pleasant Ridge Montessori School, just west of Ridge Avenue.

Montgomery Road is "expected to remain closed most of this week, Oct. 21 - 25," according to the Cincinnati Department of Transportation.

Officials recommend using the Norwood Lateral as a detour.
