Brijmohan Agrawal of the BJP is leading in the Raipur City South seat in Chhattisgarh by 5,140 votes.
Brijmohan Agrawal received 28,384 votes, while leads Kanhaiya Agrawal of the Congress secured 23,244 votes, according to Election Commission data. Umesh Das Manikpuri of Bahujan Samaj Party was trailing at the third spot with 518 votes.
The Election Commission held voting in two phases in the naxal-affected state on November 12 and November 20.
The first phase of voting covered mostly assembly seats in the Bastar division and parts of Rajnandgaon.
These polls are seen as a bellwether of the 2019 general elections.
