It’s been just over a month since prosecutors charged 50 people, including 33 parents of college-age students, of conspiring to use their wealth to game the college admissions system.

The cases of the 33 parents have sharply diverged since then.

Fourteen parents, including actress Felicity Huffman, have already agreed to plead guilty in the case. Another 19 of the parents, including actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, are fighting charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

Here’s a look at how their cases have gone so far.

The not guilty pleas

These parents were charged by information with one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. They have agreed to plead guilty pursuant to plea agreements.
