HOT OFF THE PRESS

With its 24-7 triumph over Tipton, Rensselaer Central earned the program's 600th career win.

Benton Central ended its 19-game losing streak with 27-19 victory over Northwestern.

Marion had its 13-game North Central Conference winning streak come to an end with a 49-42 loss to Harrison (West Lafayette).

In Indianapolis Roncallli's 42-14 win over Guerin Catholic, sophomore wide receiver Kyle Lockard set a new single-season record with 208 receiving yards on six catches and tied another record with three touchdowns. Fellow sophomore quarterback Aidan Leffler also tied the season completion record with 123 passes

Bryan Ramirez's 36-yard field goal with 5.7 seconds lifted Elkhart Central to a 31-28 win over top-ranked (Class 4A) New Prairie.

In Delphi's 47-0 blanking of Taylor, Delphi senior autistic player Riley Lowder scored an honorary touchdown for the Oracles.

Kyle Trilling connected on the game-winning 27-yard field goal in overtime of Bloomington North's 34-31 win over Southport.
