Memphis will have to do things the hard way if it wants to be assured of a spot in the NCAA Tournament.

The Tigers will have to win four games in as many days at the AAC Tournament to earn the automatic bid. Otherwise, they will have to wait and see whether the committee believes the team has done enough to warrant an at-large berth.

Due up first for sixth-seeded Memphis is a game against 11-seed ECU. Tip-off is set for 9 p.m. Thursday at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. Memphis defeated ECU 77-73 on Feb. 19 at FedExForum.

The Tigers are 21-10, while the Pirates are 11-20.

Thursday's game against ECU will air on ESPNU, which is available on the following channels in Memphis: 605 AT&T Uverse, 215 Spectrum, 228 Comcast, 141 Dish, 208 DirecTV, 123 Suddenlink.
