King and Mount Pleasant St. Super Service gets a C from the Department of Health and Environmental Control inspectors despite scoring a 90%.

According to the report, repeat violations and priority violations are at the root of the problem.

One for proper cold holding temperatures, one for date marking on foods, another for proper cooling methods, and one more for not providing chlorine test strips for the warewashing equipment.

DHEC inspectors also issued a slew of “B” grades in the past week. You can check out those reports by clicking here.
