A convicted felon on parole was arrested Monday on charges of running a PCP factory on the west side of the city, police said.

Vashon Walker, 41, of 154 South Whitney St., was found with 50 bags of the hallucinogen, also called angel dust, four ounces of liquid PCP and $23,000 in cash, they said. They also confiscated an additional four ounces of PCP that was packaged separately.

Walker’s charges include operating a drug factory, possession of hallucinogens and possession with intent to sell, according to police, who also have warrants for his arrest on parole violations.

PCP, or phencyclidine, is a mind-altering, psychedelic drug.

Walker was convicted of drug and assault charges and sentenced to prison in 2011 and 2013, court records show.
