See who's on the 2019 Courier Journal All-Area Tennis Team
Kelly WardIt's time to announce The Courier Journal Southern Indiana All-Area Boys Tennis Team and nominees for Boys Tennis Player of the Year.
Because tennis is a spring sport for boys and girls in Kentucky and girls in Indiana, only the nominees from Southern Indiana for Boys Tennis Player of the Year will be listed. Nominees from Kentucky and for Girls Tennis Player of the Year along with the respective all-area teams will be announced at a later date.
The nominees for Boys Tennis Player of the Year are Floyd Central's Connor Mason, Alec Poe and Eric Whitehouse and Jeffersonville's Grant Paradowski.
The Courier Journal Sports Awards recognizes and honors the top athletic accomplishments in Kentucky and Indiana high school sports. Winners of the Player of the Year awards for each sport as well as other special awards will be named at the event on May 31.
