UPDATE: All 850 tickets for this show sold out within 25 minutes

Coventry is already set for an incredible summer of live music - but it just got even better.

Frank Turner is coming to Coventry in July for a special solo show.

The folk-punk singer and songwriter is set to play a benefit show for Way Our Arts at The Empire on July 4.

Frank started out in music as the vocalist of the punk band Million Dead before going on to pursue a solo career and his latest album, Be More Kind, was released in May 2018.

The last time Frank played The Empire in Coventry, in November 2016, tickets sold out within minutes of being released.

He's usually supported by his band The Sleeping Souls during his live gigs, but this Coventry show will be a solo performance.

Support on the night will come from Johnny Lloyd and Guise.

Tickets for his Coventry gig will go on sale on Friday, May 17 at 10am.

Under 14s will not be permitted and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Doors open at 7pm.

Tickets will be available online here.
