Snow could be on its way to Coventry and Warwickshire in the early hours of Sunday morning.

A yellow warning for snow has been put out by the Met Office from 3am to 11am on March 10 and covers the northern part of Coventry, as well as Nuneaton, Bedworth and North Warwickshire, and further afield.

Forecasters say that an "area of rain is likely to turn to snow over a central swathe of the UK early on Sunday".

This had led to a warning of some travel disruption on the roads and railways due to the snow, which could see longer journey times for cars, buses, taxis and trains.

So make sure you are ready in case the white stuff makes an appearance.

And that isn't the only warning in place in the coming days with a yellow warning for wind set to kick in on Wednesday, March 13.

Possible transport disruption is predicted between midnight and 3pm with gusts expected of up to 55mph.
