An app which could potentially save your life has been in the news today after a group got lost on a walk and used the app to be found.
The app, called what3words, has put three random words to every three by three metre square in the world.
It can be used to identify a specific location, as each square has a different set of words.
We were interested to see what the words are of some key locations in Coventry.
We have used the square where the location is pinpointed on the app, as some locations have multiple squares.
Coventry Cathedral
Starting with an obvious choice, Coventry Cathedral is a key landmark of this city.
The three words that mark it's pinpointed location are curving.splice.panel .
The ruins three words are often.link.hidden .
Herbert Art Gallery
A popular place for families, the Herbert Art Gallery is a top city location.
The three words used in the app are stage.shot.mock .
Council building
The pinpointed location of the council building is coats.circle.cube .
Coventry University Student's Union
Coventry University as a whole does not have a specific location on the map used in the app, but the student's union does.
The three words for it are smiles.hulk.frame .
Transport Museum
The three words for this popular attraction are filed.known.chairs .

IKEA
Although not really a landmark, IKEA is a well-known place in the city.
The words on the app are title.sobs.grape .
Ricoh Arena
There was hope the sports venue may have sporty related words, but as they are random, that would have been unlikely.
The words here are email.proper.clear .
