9 C-Stores in Pennsylvania Up for Sale

CANONSBURG, Pa. — Thomaston Land Co. LLC, a unit of Coen Oil Co. LLC, is putting nine convenience stores up for sale in and around Pittsburgh.

The c-stores are in Beaver Falls, Elizabeth, Greensburg, Latrobe, McKees Rocks, Mount Pleasant and Pittsburgh, Pa. The Canonsburg, Pa.-based company is selling three stores with real estate, and six stores have long-term leases. Store sizes are mostly more than 2,000 square feet, and Thomaston is selling all of the c-stores—formerly CoGo’s locations—without branding.

Six of the sites offer gasoline. They are branded BP, CITGO and Exxon. The company is selling the sites with gasoline with or without fuel supply.

NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC, which is handling the sale using its buy one, some or all sealed-bid sale process. Details are available online at nrc.com/2001. Interested parties can register online to view sales information or by calling NRC at (800) 747-3342, ext. 2001. NRC said property-specific packages will be available in several weeks, with a bid deadline of May 5, 2020.
